How It Works

We’ll start with a quick walk‑through of the home and your punch list. Together, we’ll review the projects you want completed, talk through priorities, and make sure everything is clearly understood. From there, we will provide a clear, straightforward estimate for your approval before any work begins. All supplies and materials used (filters, batteries, caulk, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer, though The HandiPro – Your Master Fixologist can provide these items upon request for an additional fee.
