Pricing Made Simple

At The HandiPro - Your Master Fixologist, we keep things simple, honest, and neighborly. Instead of confusing pricing menus, subscription plans, or making you sort through dozens of online task selections to define the work and make an appointment, we charge a straightforward flat labor rate of $80 per hour (minimum 1 hour) plus any materials costs. 

That means you only pay for the time, work, and materials your project actually requires — nothing more, nothing hidden, and no surprises.

To get the best value, many homeowners like to line up a few to‑do items at once. Since the hourly rate covers whatever we can complete during your scheduled time, bundling tasks often saves money and helps you knock out several small projects in a single visit.

Before any work begins, we’ll talk through the work items, provide a clear estimate, and answer your questions so there are no surprises. If something unexpected comes up along the way, we’ll discuss it with you first — not after the fact.
